This online version of the game make use of the Yahoo! Image API and Flash. When you try it out, you'll find a blank game form titled "Yahoo! Memory Game" and a "Search images" field in which you can type a search term. Enter a term, click Go!, and the game will be populated with 28 silver tiles.

Clicking a silver tile reveals an image that has been gathered via the Yahoo! Images API. Somewhere under another tile is the same image, and it's your mission to find all of the matches as quickly as possible.

If you'd like a shorter game, you can decrease the number of tiles. Sometimes, seeing what images the Yahoo! Image API returns is as entertaining as the game itself!"

MyBlogLog Community Widget

This is my version of the MyBlogLog site widget. Mail

Boxbe makes your email more like 'in-mail', instant-messaging, or a social network, in that only people you've approved can easily reach you. Those not on your list can still reach you, and all mail is kept so you don't have to worry about missing messages. S. Geological Survey produced a series of maps folios between 1894 and 1945 entitled Geologic Atlas of the United States. Each of the folios includes both topographic and geologic maps for each quad represented in that folio, as well as geologic reports with information on the geology and economic geology on that area. Only 227 folios were produced, so the area covered is very limited.

This application uses DSpace/Manakin to improve the user interface of the collection as it is displayed on Texas A&M University's digital repository (http://repository.tamu.edu/). Yahoo! Maps is used to place the folios in their geographic context, and for improved browsing and searching interfaces.

Short Reckonings

Short Reckonings is a free Web tool that helps you track and even out group expenses.
